The 2009-10 Queensland State Budget, released on 16 June 2009, provided estimates of overall economic growth and its major components in 2008-09, forecasts for 2009 10 and 2010-11, and projections for 2011-12 and 2012-13. This month’s FYI summarises these estimates and forecasts, with a full discussion available in Chapter 2 of Budget Paper 2, Economic Performance and Outlook.
