Queensland Statistical Divisions (SD), 2006

The Australian Standard Geographical Classification (ASGC) is a hierarchical geographical classification, defined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), which is used in the collection and dissemination of official statistics.

Statistical Divisions are the largest and most stable spatial unit within each state and territory under the ASGC.

In the 2006 ASGC, Queensland comprised of 13 statistical divisions. The table below provides maps of each statistical division, both in a Google Maps interface as well as a pdf format. The boundaries for each statistical division can also be downloaded in a kml format.
