This report contains household projections based on the 2008 edition of population projections by local government areas (LGAs). The publication presents information at state and LGA level for households, dwellings and living arrangements.

The appendixes contain projected living arrangements for Queensland, along with household projections, dwelling projections, and projections of underlying demand for new dwellings by LGAs, from 2006 through to 2031.

The earlier, 2007 edition is based on the 2006 edition medium series population projections.
