Housing development

This new report presents projections of households and dwellings for Queensland to 2031, and includes a discussion on projected living arrangements. Accompanying data tables provide projections for Queensland’s statistical divisions, local government areas, regional planning areas and regionalisation strategy areas.

Residential units

The latest Residential Infill Development Profile for South East Queensland (SEQ) is now available, presenting information on infill multiple dwellings in the planning pipeline at June 2011. This issue also includes a special feature on the redevelopment of land for residential infill projects in Brisbane City.

Industrial land

The latest Industrial Land Development Activity Profile for South East Queensland (SEQ) is now available, reporting data for the six months to December 2010. The profile presents a summary of industrial land development and building activity indicators for SEQ local government areas. A range of detailed maps are also available, showing industrial land supply by zone category and by indicative development time frame.
